These laws focus on the deinstitutionalization of adults with disabilities, the use of renewable hydrogen, biodiversity, and the financial closure of the PNRR. The decisions were made ahead of the August 31 deadline for completing PNRR milestones and implementing funded reforms. Key measures include accelerating the deinstitutionalization process, promoting green hydrogen in industry and transport, and enhancing renewable energy legislation. The PNRR is crucial for financing infrastructure, digitalization, energy efficiency, health, and business support projects in Romania.
