The law specifically targets those who did not charge VAT but received tax assessments from ANAF. It aims to alleviate financial burdens by annulling both principal tax obligations and associated penalties in specified cases. However, it does not apply to taxpayers who collected VAT. A procedure for implementation will be established by ANAF within 30 days.
