Niculescu mentioned the existing support mechanism could be expanded and stressed the importance of increasing and diversifying storage capacities. He warned of potential complications in hospitals and other institutions if the budget revision is not executed. The interim government has limited powers and cannot adopt urgent measures or initiate legislation.
