The Fiscal Consultants Chamber has urged the Ministry of Finance to address this issue urgently. Without a defined technical reference, no cash register currently on the market can comply with the new QR code requirements. The CCF is advocating for a legislative solution to alleviate concerns among businesses and accounting professionals, as the deadline approaches. They recommend assessing the current status of the necessary regulations and establishing a realistic timeline for their approval and publication.
