The Fiscal Consultants Chamber has alerted the Ministry of Finance about this issue. Currently, no electronic cash register on the market can issue receipts with QR codes as the technical reference has not been established. Urgent legislative measures are needed to address the concerns of businesses and accounting professionals. The CCF suggests reviewing the current status and timeline for the necessary regulations to implement QR codes on receipts, and recommends considering transitional measures to avoid penalizing businesses for non-compliance that is not their fault.
