Nhood has partnered with Regata Imobiliare to develop the commercial area of the German Village project in Chișinău, focusing on integrated services for long-term performance. This urban project aims to create a sustainable micro-city with various amenities, including residential units and commercial spaces. Nhood will manage retail concepts and leasing strategies, ensuring the area meets community needs and attracts relevant brands. The project is expected to be completed by 2028, housing around 10,000 residents.
