Network One Distribution (NOD) reported a revenue of approximately 3.03 billion lei in 2025, marking a 14% increase from the previous year. However, net profit decreased significantly to around 42.6 million lei, down from over 82 million lei in 2024. NOD, primarily controlled by Iulian Stanciu, has evolved its business model over the past decade, focusing on both distribution and proprietary brands. The company has over 3,400 partners and 650 suppliers, with a diverse portfolio including major brands like Apple and Microsoft. NOD is also expanding into areas like green energy and cybersecurity, while aiming for international growth of its private labels.
