Netflix and Shondaland announced a new spin-off of "Bridgerton" focusing on the love story of young Violet and Viscount Edmund Bridgerton. The series will explore their relationship before they become parents of the Bridgerton family. Shonda Rhimes will co-write and executive produce the project alongside Nicholas Nardini. Filming for season 5 of "Bridgerton" is also underway, centering on Francesca, Violet's third daughter. Season 4 achieved significant success, ranking first globally in English-language TV productions and entering the Top 10 in 92 countries. Season 6 has been greenlit for May 2025.
