Netflix and Shondaland announced a new spin-off of "Bridgerton" focusing on the love story of young Violet and Viscount Edmund Bridgerton, the parents of the main family. The executive producer of "Bridgerton," Shonda Rhimes, will co-write and produce this new series alongside Nicholas Nardini. Filming for season 5 of "Bridgerton" is also underway, featuring Francesca, Violet's third daughter. Season 4 achieved significant success, ranking first globally among English-language TV productions and entering the Top 10 in 92 countries. Season 6 has been greenlit for May 2025.
