Nestlé va dezvolta produse pentru cei care iau medicamente de slăbit

Nestlé aims to turn the rise of GLP-1 weight loss drugs into a business opportunity by developing products to counteract their side effects using AI. The company is concerned that appetite-suppressing medications could diminish demand for packaged foods and beverages. Nestlé's CTO, Stefan Palzer, stated that AI is being used to analyze clinical research and identify nutrient combinations to support users of GLP-1. The upcoming products may help mitigate side effects like muscle loss. Nestlé has patented its own ingredient combinations designed to reduce appetite for those experiencing increased hunger after stopping GLP-1 treatments. With around 16 million Americans currently on GLP-1 medications, Nestlé is focusing on tailored products to meet their needs.
