NEPI Rockcastle se retrage din regiunea Baltică după o tranzacție de 200 de milioane de euro

NEPI Rockcastle is exiting the Baltic region by selling the Ozas Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Vilnius for €200 million. The sale will yield net proceeds of €179 million, reflecting a 13% premium over the asset's net value. This strategic move allows NEPI to redirect capital towards high-growth markets in Central and Eastern Europe and expand into Spain. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. NEPI Rockcastle continues to invest in Romania, with significant projects underway, including the expansion of Promenada Bucharest and a new retail park in Galați.
