NEPI Rockcastle crește veniturile și investește în România

NEPI Rockcastle reported a net operating income of €318 million in the first half of 2026, marking a 3.8% increase from last year. The company is investing in Romania, including the expansion of Promenada Bucharest and a new retail park in Galați. The Promenada expansion is set to open in April 2027, with 95% of the commercial space leased. The Galați project will cover 36,000 square meters, with 88% of the space already leased. Overall, tenant sales rose by 2.7%, and the occupancy rate remains at 98.2%. NEPI Rockcastle is also investing in renewable energy, with a functional 54 MW solar park and a second 60 MW project underway. Following these results, the company raised its 2026 earnings estimates.
