The company, a major mall owner in Romania, aims to leverage its experience in new markets. The transaction was completed in cash, and the seller is Le Retail Hiper Ondara, part of the Las Espagna group. NEPI Rockcastle is the third-largest publicly listed shopping center owner in Europe, with a portfolio now extending to Spain.
