Nazare propune un credit-punte de la EximBank pentru ROMATSA, după blocarea conturilor în dosarul Pfizer
The interim Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare, proposed a bridge loan from EximBank to finance ROMATSA, whose accounts are blocked due to a lawsuit from Pfizer. This funding aims to ensure the institution's operation until the COVID-19 vaccine dispute is resolved. Nazare suggested that the bridge loan could be a permanent solution for similar future litigations, as it would not impact the cash deficit. ROMATSA's accounts have been blocked since July 1 due to a forced execution initiated by Pfizer, with a total claim of 3.42 billion lei, including recovery costs.
