Nazare avertizează că urmează examenul S&P pentru România: Cheltuielile cu dobânzile au depășit 40 de miliarde de lei

Romania is preparing for a sovereign rating test by Standard & Poor's on October 2, following evaluations by Fitch and Moody's. Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare emphasizes the importance of maintaining fiscal discipline while increasing investments. He notes that public debt costs have risen significantly, exceeding 40 billion lei by July. Nazare highlights that the deficit has decreased compared to last year, while investments have increased. He stresses the need for continued efforts to avoid leaving a debt-laden country for future generations and to stimulate economic growth. Over 70% of investments are supported by European funds and the Recovery and Resilience Facility (PNRR).
