Nave scufundate în Marea Neagră: Nicușor Dan se întâlnește cu premierul din Bulgaria și secretarul general NATO pentru a stabili o reacție comună / Propunerea lui Rumen Radev

Romanian President Nicușor Dan and Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev will meet with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte to discuss security in the Black Sea following recent drone incidents affecting commercial vessels. The trilateral meeting aims to address concerns over the deteriorating security situation, particularly after a San Marino-flagged ship requested assistance due to a fire on board. Bulgaria is considering invoking NATO's Article 4 for consultations on territorial integrity and security. Additionally, Romania proposed a joint military command for NATO states bordering the Black Sea, with plans to host it by 2028. Radev also mentioned a proposed moratorium on attacks against civilian ships in the region during an upcoming EU summit.
