The captain and seven crew members of a ferry that sank off Cyprus have been arrested, with the death toll rising to at least nine. Prime Minister Unal Ustel confirmed the arrests and stated that there will be no cover-up as an investigation is underway. The ferry was en route from Kyrenia to Turkey with around 270 passengers when it capsized. Reports indicate that families are searching for missing relatives, and three children are in intensive care but stable.
