NATO vrea mai multe investiții private în apărare și securitate
NATO has called for increased funding from financial institutions and private investors for defense and security sectors to enhance member states' defense capabilities. This initiative was announced at the NATO Summit in Ankara, aiming to boost credit and capital investments in defense companies and develop public-private co-financing mechanisms. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte emphasized the need for significantly higher investments to meet the rising demand for military equipment and technologies. Several international financial institutions support this initiative, having mobilized $217 billion for defense and security projects, but additional investments are deemed necessary for further development.
