A young man of Romanian descent, born in Amsterdam, is learning Romanian in Bucharest to connect with his roots and seek employment. Christopher Vîrlan, who graduated in Logistics Engineering, aims to improve his language skills to communicate with family in Romania. He is participating in summer courses at the University of Bucharest, alongside around 70 other foreign students. His motivation includes a desire to understand his parents' culture and to find a job in Romania, where his family resides.
