The limited output from Hungary's and Romania's nuclear plants, caused by low Danube water levels, has led to increased demand for Bulgarian energy. Despite constraints at the Kozloduy nuclear plant, Bulgaria's energy supply remains stable, supported by coal and hydroelectric power. The nuclear regulatory agency confirms that safety systems ensure the plant's operation even under low water conditions, with ongoing monitoring in place.
