A unique event in Africa saw foreign cadets perform for two Romanian generals, bidding farewell to General Tamaș and welcoming General Apostolescu, who will lead the EUTM RCA mission. The ceremony included traditional songs and dances by cadets, celebrating the transition of command. General Tamaș officially handed over leadership to General Apostolescu during a military ceremony attended by high-ranking officials, including the President of the Central African Republic. The EUTM RCA mission, launched in 2016, aims to support the development of Central African Armed Forces through training and strategic advice.
