Previous strategies have aimed at balanced urban development and addressing socio-economic issues, especially in the Gârcini neighborhood, which has a significant Roma population facing various challenges. The new strategy will also involve community consultation to ensure local input in identifying problems and setting priorities for urban regeneration.
