Municipiul Oradea are plăcuțe trilingve pe străzi / „Nu asta am cerut!”, susține autorul proiectului de bugetare participativă

The Oradea City Hall has started installing trilingual signs in the historic center, but the implementation has sparked dissatisfaction among the project's initiators. The signs only include the Romanian name followed by Hungarian and English translations for public space types, deviating from the original proposal that aimed to highlight local history. The project was awarded to APTOR, with 375 signs to be installed by August 31. The initiator, Csomortányi István, criticized the changes, stating that the original plan included informative panels detailing historical names and their origins.
