Approximately half of these requests are managed by Colliers. The trend suggests a potential increase in office space leasing activity, with many companies considering entering or expanding in Bucharest. Positive signals from Western economies support this outlook, although caution remains due to economic uncertainties. Overall, 2026 may not be exceptional for transaction volumes, but it could mark a turning point for attracting new multinational companies.
