Romania's foreign policy lacks a distinct profile, despite normal diplomatic activities. The country needs to formulate initiatives that reflect its interests and assert its influence in international relations. Current global dynamics demand proactive engagement, especially regarding security in the Black Sea and defense against drone threats. Romania has the potential to lead initiatives within NATO and create a coherent political project for the Black Sea region, but it has yet to capitalize on these opportunities.
