Motivul pentru care elevul din Bistrița care și-a atacat profesoara nu poate fi arestat. Femeia a fost operată
A serious incident occurred in a Bistrita school where a 13-year-old student attacked a teacher with a knife, causing panic among students. The attacker, who was reportedly camouflaged, aimed to reach a classmate. Quick intervention by school staff prevented further escalation, but both the teacher and a student required medical attention. The attack was premeditated, with the student preparing beforehand. Despite the severity of the act, the attacker cannot face criminal charges due to his age, as he is below the legal responsibility threshold in Romania. He has since been transferred to a child psychiatry clinic for evaluation and care.
