Mormânt vechi de 600 de ani, descoperit în Peru

Archaeologists have uncovered a six-century-old collective tomb in Chan Chan, Peru, containing remains of at least 38 individuals along with gold and copper artifacts. The site, near Trujillo, is being studied to learn more about the burial practices of the Chimú civilization. Chan Chan was the capital of the Chimú, a significant pre-Inca culture that thrived from 900 to 1470 AD. The city, built mainly from adobe, was a major political and cultural center before being conquered by the Inca Empire. In 1986, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its historical and architectural significance.
