A shocking incident occurred in Tulcea when a child fell from a moving van, rolling several meters on the asphalt. The child was reportedly left unsupervised and unbuckled, leading to the accident. After falling, the child appeared disoriented and attempted to walk towards oncoming traffic. A man quickly intervened, rescuing the child just before a truck approached. Fortunately, the child survived with no serious injuries.
