The incident occurred during a junior game between LPS Banatul and Millenium Giarmata, alarming the young players present. Witnesses reported that tensions rose due to dissatisfaction with the officiating, leading to physical confrontations among parents. The match, attended by around 90 spectators, ended with a score of 28-18 in favor of Millenium Giarmata. The coach from LPS Banatul has filed a report to the Romanian Handball Federation, and local police have initiated an investigation into the matter.
