MOL a finalizat lucrările de construcție la unitatea AV3 a Rafinăriei Dunărea, avariată în incendiu toamna trecută

Hungarian company MOL has completed construction at the AV3 unit of the Dunărea Refinery, which was damaged by a fire last autumn. Following the removal of construction equipment, production will gradually restart. Once operational, the AV3 unit will enhance fuel supply security for Hungary and the region. The repair budget reached 18 billion forints, with extensive restoration work carried out, including the installation of new pumps and electrical systems. The next steps involve safety inspections and testing before gradually resuming production in October. MOL aims to ensure safe operation and maximize capacity amid ongoing energy challenges.
