Legal entities established under Law no. 31/1990 are explicitly included as beneficiaries and have 10 working days to submit applications after the law takes effect. The law clarifies the definition of 'zootechnical exploitation' and includes the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture as a user of the National Animal Identification and Registration System, streamlining document verification for farmers. These changes aim to simplify access to financial support and reduce the risk of application rejections due to restrictive interpretations of previous laws.
