MOBEX 2026: Rezerviștii s-au antrenat lângă drone și HIMARS

Over 10,000 reservists from various Romanian defense and security institutions are participating in the MOBEX training exercise in Bucharest-Ilfov. The training includes familiarization with modern military equipment, such as the Bayraktar TB2 drone and HIMARS rocket launcher. Many reservists expressed surprise at the advancements in military technology since their last training. The exercise also featured live ammunition shooting and various instructional sessions, including CBRN training and tactical instruction. The Ministry of National Defense emphasized that this training is necessary and does not indicate mobilization or war preparation. Recruitment efforts for new military personnel will continue in the coming years, as the current operational reserve is aging, with an average age of 48.
