Mita uriașă primită de un inspector ANAF. Șpaga, ascunsă printr-un contract de consultanță

A senior ANAF inspector from Timișoara is under investigation for allegedly accepting a bribe of 1.5 million euros to facilitate a VAT refund. The inspector is accused of influencing public officials to approve a refund of 21 million lei for a businessman. Additionally, a businessman is being investigated for bribery, and another individual for complicity. The bribe was to be disguised through service contracts. The inspector also accepted a promise of 100,000 euros for further assistance with VAT issues. Both the inspector and the businessman are under judicial control and the inspector is suspended from ANAF.
