Misiune istorică spre satelitul lui Marte: MMX va încerca să aducă pe Pământ primele mostre de pe Phobos

The Martian Moons eXploration (MMX) mission is set to launch on October 19, aiming to collect samples from Phobos and return them to Earth. Led by JAXA, the mission seeks to uncover the origins of Mars' moons. MMX will launch aboard an H3 rocket and is expected to reach Mars orbit by August 2027. The rover Idefix will analyze Phobos' surface, while the main spacecraft will collect samples for return in 2031. This mission could provide insights into the evolution of Mars and the Solar System, utilizing advanced laboratory techniques for future studies.
