The salon's owner had promoted high-priced services on social media, which contradicted their reported income. Issues included misclassifying cash deposits, personal expenses claimed as business deductions, and delayed revenue reporting. Following the audit, the owner paid the total amount owed, benefiting from a non-punishment clause under tax evasion laws, thus avoiding criminal charges. The tax authority continues to monitor high-risk taxpayers.
