Hagag, a major real estate investor from Israel, has signed a contract to acquire Npower Solar Energy, which will develop Romania's largest data center. The project aims for a capacity of 120-125 MW IT and is strategically located in southern Romania. The acquisition is contingent on obtaining necessary technical approvals and securing a final client within a year. The total transaction value is €67.5 million, to be paid in installments based on project progress. Hagag has diversified its investments, including energy storage projects and potential land acquisitions in Brașov and Constanța.
