Răzvan Enache has been appointed as the executive director of development in Romania for Belgian developer Speedwell, overseeing local project coordination and strategy alignment. His role is crucial as Speedwell progresses with significant projects in key Romanian cities, including TINO in Brașov and the urban regeneration project CityZen in Bucharest. Enache brings 25 years of real estate and construction experience, having previously led major developments at Țiriac Imobiliare and worked with Skanska Romania. Speedwell, with a strong presence in Romania and Poland, focuses on sustainable mixed-use developments and has completed projects worth around 2 billion euros.
