Miruță: Salariile angajaților Metrorex au fost plătite. „Am refuzat un buget care ar fi crescut pierderile”
Metrorex employees received their salaries after the government approved a budget that reduces the company's losses by 100 million lei. Minister Radu Miruță rejected a previous budget proposal that would have increased losses and opposed fare hikes. He emphasized the need to recover funds through penalties and commercial contracts instead of raising ticket prices. Miruță stated that the approved budget was essential to avoid financial collapse, as the company faced a severe cash shortage. Union leaders warned of potential service disruptions due to financial constraints, with only 3,000 lei remaining in Metrorex's accounts.
