Miruță pune câte un director din CFR responsabil pentru fiecare dintre cele 1.265 de trenuri care circulă zilnic

Romania's interim Transport Minister Radu Miruță announced that each train will now have a designated director responsible for addressing passenger complaints. This decision follows a campaign that gathered 1,725 reports, revealing significant issues such as malfunctioning air conditioning and poor cleanliness. The minister highlighted that 80% of respondents would not recommend train travel. Investigations into the complaints led to disciplinary actions against 56 employees for failing to meet service obligations. The initiative aims to improve accountability and service quality in the railway sector.
