Miruță: Peste 100 de drone au fost detectate lângă granița României în ultimele 96 de ore

Romania's Defense Minister reported over 100 drones detected near its border in the last 96 hours, linked to increased attacks on Ukrainian ports. The minister noted a direct correlation between drone debris found in Romania and the rise in attacks. A recent incident involved a drone entering Romanian airspace, which was intercepted by Spanish F-18s. Romania is also acquiring modern anti-drone systems, with initial deliveries expected by late 2023 and full operational capabilities by mid-2026. The minister emphasized ongoing adaptations of existing defense capabilities in the meantime.
