Miruță criticized the previous management for failing to revise the budget based on actual figures and delaying necessary actions regarding the company's restructuring plan. He emphasized that a false budget would not help the company, which is facing significant operational losses and debts. Following the dismissal, Cristian Anghel was appointed as the interim director, and a competitive selection process for a new director has begun.
