Starting July 28, train passengers traveling internationally can easily claim compensation for delays over 60 minutes through an online form on the CFR Călători website. This new procedure simplifies the previous requirement of submitting a physical claim at the station. The Minister of Transport highlighted that many travelers previously avoided claiming due to the cumbersome process. The online form aims to improve accessibility for passengers seeking compensation. Despite this, a significant number of travelers reported dissatisfaction with train services, particularly regarding air conditioning issues.
