The Infra Expert – Unitip Global consortium has been awarded a contract to rehabilitate the Basarab passage in Bucharest for 57 million lei, despite work starting before the official announcement of the winner. The project aims to finalize the reception of the passage, which has been open for traffic since 2011 but has never been officially accepted by the municipality due to previous disputes.
