The Private Beneficiaries Procurement application is now available again after being offline since July 15, 2026, due to a cyber attack. The Ministry of Investments and European Projects (MIPE) announced that the application has been migrated to the Government Cloud and updated for better functionality and security. Private beneficiaries can resume their activities related to public procurement procedures funded by European funds. MIPE has also introduced a new ordinance to extend deadlines for procurement procedures affected by the application's downtime. Throughout the downtime, MIPE maintained communication with management authorities and private beneficiaries to address their concerns.
