MIPE: Absorbția PNRR este estimată la peste 90% pentru granturi și 95% pentru împrumuturi

The Ministry of Investments and European Projects (MIPE) estimates that the absorption rates for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) exceed 90% for grants and 95% for loans. Final results will be available after Romania submits payment request number 6 to the European Commission. This request will include data from reform and investment coordinators up to September 15, 2026. Currently, the dashboard reflects the status of PNRR projects based on reports from the first half of 2026. MIPE emphasizes that final implementation levels will be determined after all administrative steps are completed. The total allocation for Romania through PNRR is 20.11 billion euros, with 13.57 billion euros in grants and 6.54 billion euros in loans.
