Other localities also reported negative values, while some areas experienced positive temperatures. The low temperatures were noted between 6:00 and 7:00 AM under stable weather conditions. These temperatures are lower than the seasonal averages but are not record lows. Meteorologists forecast stable weather for the upcoming week, with continued cold mornings and frost. Central heating has already begun in Miercurea-Ciuc, with plans to extend it throughout the city soon.
