In late November 2026, Romanian employees will enjoy a four-day mini-vacation due to the holidays of Saint Andrew and National Day. The holiday starts on Saturday, November 28, and extends through Tuesday, December 1. Employees working in continuous operations will receive compensations either in time off or a salary bonus. The last legal holiday of the year will be Christmas, providing another extended weekend for those working Monday to Friday.
