Ministrul Transporturilor compară TAROM cu un „pacient foarte bolnav” aflat pe patul de spital
The interim Minister of Transport, Radu Miruță, emphasized the need for TAROM to continue operating and not to be shut down, comparing it to a very ill patient. He stated that the Romanian state must find solutions for the national airline to recover, following the dismissal of its former director due to poor performance. Miruță warned that if TAROM fails to meet restructuring plans by the end of the year, it risks losing state aid from the European Commission. He outlined steps to revise the restructuring plan and communicate with the Commission, while also criticizing the previous management's handling of the airline's situation.
