Ministrul Pîslaru acuză CSM că a vrut să creeze o polemică privind salarizarea funcțiilor de conducere din justiție

Interim Minister of Labor, Dragoș Pîslaru, criticized the Superior Council of Magistracy for creating controversy over judicial salary regulations, which he claims were resolved weeks ago. He stated that the salary adjustments for judicial leadership positions were made in consultation with the Ministry of Justice to ensure equality among state powers. The CSM, however, expressed concerns about the salary positioning of the President of the High Court, claiming it is lower than several political figures. The CSM emphasized its commitment to defending the constitutional status of judges and prosecutors.
