Ministrul Finanțelor anunță menținerea reducerii de 25% a accizei la motorină și în perioada 1–15 octombrie

The Ministry of Finance, led by Alexandru Nazare, will maintain a temporary 25% reduction in the excise tax on standard diesel from October 1 to 15, 2026. This decision, prompted by high fuel prices and international market pressures, translates to a decrease of 701.07 lei per 1,000 liters of diesel. The minister emphasized the importance of this measure for consumers and businesses, particularly in transport and logistics. The excise tax will remain at 2,103.22 lei per 1,000 liters during this period. However, the actual price at the pump may not reflect this reduction due to various market factors. The decision aims to mitigate the impact of rising costs on the economy and consumers.
